Military and VA Loan expert!: I felt confident that Angela would help us find the right home after our first conversation and she ultimately delivered on that. I spoke with several agents who told me a VA loan in this crazy market of 2021 would not be accepted by any sellers and should not be entertained as a viable option to get across the finish line of a home purchase. When we began the search for our new home, we intended to rent a home in the Weston, Pembroke Pines or Miramar areas. After speaking with Angela over the phone and gathering information regarding our wants and needs, she sent a list of several possibilities, along with some great advice regarding the area. I made arrangements to fly down and see several homes in a few short days, ready to make a decision and put down a deposit.

After making a short list, David and Angela made arrangements to video tour/face time several homes. We were able to find a house that suited us and we bought our home.
Throughout the home buying process, Angela and David were prompt with their communication and responsive to our inquiries. Our lending officer at USAA Mortgage even commented on how organized our Realtors were compared to some they have interacted with.
After closing, both David and Angela have continued to provide great information regarding contractors and vendors as we work toward making the house our own.
